	Proceed 1 mile across RR tracks.
	Bear left onto Depot St. 1 mile to intersection of Depot & Dunstable.
	Pine Needles  is the house on the triangle formed by Depot & Dunstable

	Exit 33 off Route 3,
	Drive under Route 3
	take Route 40 West for about 3 Miles to a Traffic Light
	make Left turn.
	Pine Needles is 2 1/2 blocks on Right, after the "blind driveway" sign.
